'Your webhook is disabled'

Hi all,

We're an eCom client, and recently we've received two emails from Lightspeed with the subject 'Your webhook is disabled'. Content of these emails are below.

Since we’re not the theme developers, and the theme developers went bankrupt two years ago, we want to know if and how we can fix this issues ourselves.

Dear,
We noticed that your webhook for www.trideus.be using webhook address http://app.trideus.be/webhooks/orders_created.php is still failing for the past 48 hours and because of this we had to disable it until you fix the issue.
You can re-enable it when you fix the issue.

    Hi @WinkeB,

    this issue is not about the theme.

    There has been a webhook installed for a connection with another software, the information has been passed to http://app.trideus.be/webhooks/products_updated.php, however the server is not accepting the data.

    The only thing we can do here is keep the webhook disabled and you won't have this issue anymore, or you could check if you are missing information in your software landscape.

    The first webhook, is meant to, whenever a new order has been added to Lightspeed, send information to that piece of software so that it may process it. This could be a logistics partner of a bookkeeping software.

    The second webhook is meant to send the new product data whenever a product has been updated.
