Workorders that are paid and picked up at POS?

I figure this is the wrong area to post this question. But didn't see one for workorders :smiley:

Our other companies use a different POS solution, which automatically changes a repair job's status to a configured default when picked up in POS. This removes the repair job from an active status.

How does LS Retail handle these workorders? Right off the bat I didn't see a place in the Settings where I could configure something like this. Would someone need to manually go into the workorder and change the status in order to drop it off what we have defined as active statuses?

    In my test account I see that selling a finished workorder in POS automatically changes the status to 'Done & Paid.' So that answers my own question!
