Error when requesting access token

When we try to request an access token, we get this error:  “Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel”


We had this issue September 2018, and it was fixed by updating to tls1.2 from 1.0.  Is there anything that has changed since then on your end that would cause this error again?

    Nothing has changed, could you please copy the full error message? Are you getting the error message while exchanging a temporary code?
