Error 502 when using single sign on endpoint to redirect to cart/checkout

Hello,

I am developing a Lightspeed app. It provides single sign on functionality on the shoppingcart and checkout pages. However, when I use the single sign on endpoint to generate a token and use the referer as redirectURL. I get a 502 bad gateway error. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this an issue in the API?

The issue doesn't occur on demo/test shops. Only on live shops. It does work when I redirect to the homepage or account page for example.

Greetings Sander

    Hi Sander,

We are investigating as to why these 502 errors happen when redirecting to the checkout pages. We've found that it has to do with the lenght of the URL. But we are still researching.

For now my advice is to redirect to the homepage instead of the cart/checkout in order to avoid these 502's.

We will keep you updated on this issue on the ticket you've send to our support team.
