API Authorization issue

We have many LightSpeed customers and have successfully connected via your API to their accounts except for this one. City Liquors in Boston is the only one that doesn't work. I am able to get them to OAuth and successfully convert the code into an access_token and refresh_token. But when I request Item, Sale and SaleLine I get a 403 response: Not Authorized: Insufficient rights to perform the request. I have never had this problem before. How can I resolve this?

    Hello @3x3Insights,


    The reason is because the username used by City Liquors to authorized your integration doesn't have any privileges. Please ask the customer to re-authorized your integration using an account with access to the resources you need.

    this is the second person that has resulted in this same issue. Can the owner's account grant higher privilege to this account?
