Constant Light Server Failure

Hi, we are experiencing frequent Light Server failures at our restaurant in North America lately. Tonight, 3/11/19, the server went down 3 times , causing our busy restaurant to halt it's business completely 3 different times! Each time, we tried re-starting the light server with very little effect. This problem has plagued us since day one of our business (over 3 years) but seems to be getting worse of late. It is almost like the light server is updating or something like that during our service periods. When the light server goes down , our system will not run at all (unlike if just the internet is down and we still have some internal functionality) .

Has anyone else had similar issues? Has anyone else found any solutions? It's obviously crippling to the function of our business.

    Hi Sir,

    There are many reasons why the Liteserver would go offline, so it is very difficult to diagnose without more information. It could be an issue with the Liteserver itself, an issue with the network, etc.


    I would suggest calling our 24h/7 days phone support line directly when the issue arises so we can investigate and find the cause of the issue. It is quite difficult to investigate this kind of issue, if the issue is not currently happening.


    So please, when the Liteserver goes offline, if you, or someone onsite, can get assistance from our frontline support specialists by calling our phone support line at 1-866-932-1801 ext.2, option 4, we can investigate the issue timely and resolve it as soon as possible.
