Customer CustomField permissions

What permissions are needed to create a new Customer CustomField?

I thought the `employee:customers` would be enough but it's not. I don't see it mentioned in the access scopes: https://developers.lightspeedhq.com/retail/authentication/scopes/ or in the model docs: https://developers.lightspeedhq.com/retail/endpoints/Customer-CustomField/

    hey @dru, the Retail API scopes are not always accurate/well defined and we generally recommend individuals to set their scopes to employee:all.
