Credit Card Long Error Message

Hi, i use lightspeed at a bar and restaurant in North America. my cc setup goes through bridgepay and then to heartland. several times a night when i swipe a credit card (at any ipad) i get a very long error message (white with black writing ) and then i have to manually enter the card data in order to get it to work, which is super time consuming when you are busy of course.

Has anybody else experienced this at all? it has been a reported problem for over a year now with no solutions from Lightspeed. they say they need more data to solve it. if anyone else has seen this error would you please post here and maybe we can solve it together. its very frustrating.

As an update, not only do we still get the long error messages which force us to use manual entry for credit cards frequently, but now when we enter the manual card data, the credit card information is passed to bridgepay but is NOT added to lightspeed! no credit card slip prints out and there is no record of their credit card being run in lightspeed. however on bridgepay its there ! this often leads my staff to charging people twice and really messes up our accounting. this is a giant whole in the lightspeed credit card / financial security system and should really be a red flag / high priority to fix. this should scare anyone who reads this. What good is a POS that doesn't have reliable credit card processing?
