DISCOUNTS DISAPPEARING - Multiple Lost Customer Sales
Anyone else facing this issue? Over the past 5-8 weeks, I have lost multiple on-line sales because the discounts I have activated disappear in the customer Cart or at Checkout. Lightspeed claims only a few businesses are experiencing this. I reported this over a month ago, and the issue still on-going. You may want to test ordering on your site if you have enabled discounts. Also check your Google Analytics for a high number of abondoned cart or checkout pages. If you use the Abondoned Cart App, check the link to the customer's abondoned cart to see if their discounts disappeared. Lightspeed needs to hear from others this is impacting!
