Not always able to retrieve all product variants
The shop of our client has 200+ products that we update three times a day so it maintains the actual stock. The process used for this is discribed here: https://developers.lightspeedhq.com/ecom/endpoints/variant/#get-retrieve-a-variant and it works most of the time.
We had encountered that on 05-11-2018, 20-12-2018, 23-04-2019, 14-05-2019 and 16-05-2019 the process failed to retrieve 40 to 80 of the products. This is unacceptable and may cause us problems in the future.
What causes this unreliable behaviour? Has anyone encountered this problem?
