Failure to load sales data to QB for Saturday activity
Is anyone else having issues with the Daily Recap for Saturday activity not loading to Quickbooks Enterprise? We don't have it every Saturday, except during the holidays, but it does happen maybe 25-50% of Saturdays. Lightspeed has no answer. It eventually comes over, maybe by Monday, but it requires us to contact the help desk and usually follow up at least once. Any ideas on what we can try? We restart QB fairly regularly and check our internet connection. Not sure what else to do.
