Sales Failed to Sync
Hello everyone, this is my first week using Lightspeed Accounting. The previous accountant left before I came in, so I don't know how it was before. After reviewing my company's balance sheet, there was negative Shogo POS Sales, and I noticed that there were some dates that sales were failed, post, and hold on Sales Report ,so that they didn't match in our Quickbooks Online records. Could some one explain to me and show me how to fix it? Thank you very much!
