For our pet supplies store switching our POS to LightSpeed. Do any other pet supplies stores happen to have a list of the hardware you use? What did you do right and wrong when you implemented LightSpeed POS with iPads?

From a Support Rep's perspective, to be fair, most of the pet-shop owners would use some of the hardware we support, so either the CS4070 or Socketmobile Scanners, etc.
If you decide to use some of the hardware available on our Support Web Page, this means that you can call-in to our Support team for installation or Troubleshooting assistance.
Otherwise, you can still use any devices you wish to use, but be aware that we cannot control how the Retail POS application will act when connected to them.
