401 Unauthorized Message

When attempting to read data from Lightspeed, we're receiving a "401 Unauthorized" message. We're using our integrator's credentials for the Client Id, Client Secret, and Refresh Token, and then we're using our customer's unique Account Id. We're able to authenticate and collect all properties from the Customer, Sale, and Item tables just fine, but when collecting data we get this Unauthorized error returned.
