Website order is not synchronized on POS system

Hello API Support team,
We would require your help with our Restaurant POS System API Integration.
Account Details: We have a partner account registered with the email address: [email protected], Primary email: [email protected]
Issue: We are facing LightSpeed POS API connection issue as the POS system could not connect properly to the website order from the last few days so orders which are placed from the website are not synchronized/inserted to the POS system.
Can you please assist with this at the earliest?
