Analytics Custom Building: eCom Sales by Zip Code

What does your eCom store's performance look like geographically? We could find this out using Analytics to see which Zip Codes purchase the most from us...

To begin, launch the Recent Sales report, which will show you daily totals for this week. Instead of leaving the totals for just this week though, let's open the filters to go back over the past 6 months...

Then, we're going to add a Filter for Sale Channel

is ECOM

Next, let's remove the Dimension of Sales Completed Date...

...and add the Customer Dimension of Address> Zip

...as well as a filter for Zip code is not null

So let's run our report now!

Our table looks like a list of results

But when we plot the results on the Map Visualization

We can see where our eCom sales are coming from!
