Incorrect timestamps since move to Google Cloud

Hi,

it seems the eCom API returns incorrect createdAt and updatedAt timestamps since the hosting environment was transferred to Google Cloud (last weekend).

I just retrieved (Nov 4th, 12:13 CEST) the latest orders for a customer and the eCom API returned "orders":[{"id":141856260,"createdAt":"2019-11-04T12:08:52+00:00". This indicates the order is created at 12:08:52 UTC, which is 13:08 CEST which is in the future.

Can you please have a look at this?
