Exclude Tags

This is the first time we're trying to exclude data based off of tags associated with items. When we do a Line Employee report, the "exclude tags" field works and properly removes associated line items from calculations; however, when we try to do a Shop report and input the same tag into the "exclude tags" field, the report's calculations are unaffected.

Is this a bug or am I missing an obvious step?

    Hey @MattExpress !

    I ran a couple tests to confirm the behaviour of the system when excluding tags for both the Shop and the Line Employee Report.

    Turns out that the tags the system is searching for in the SHOP report under the Grouped Sales Totals section is the Customer Tags rather than the inventory tags, which is what the system searches for in the Employee By Lines report under the same section.
