LoyaltyLion webhook / free shipping reward

Hi,

I was wondering whether someone already has succesfully used Webhooks in LoyaltyLion app to create CustomRewards? I would like to add a loyalty-reward that gives free-shipping for a specific amount of points and at a later stadium to give them free-shipping when they reached a higher tier in the program.

Does anyone have experience in this, or is able to help me with it?

Have you had Loyalty Lion for long? I am looking for a customer loyalty program to use with my retail and Ecomm store and am finding it very challenging.
