What can I do if I lost the Client ID but remember the Account ID, and we know to login on the API?
Why can't you get, as shop owner, your own current client ID and client secret ID by a web form?

For requesting a new client ID you can visit https://developers.lightspeedhq.com/retail/authentication/authentication-overview/ It's up to the requester to keep these ID & secret somewhere safe.
Can you give me your account ID?
API Clients aren't related to an account, but if you PM me your account ID I can check the API clients that have an access token in your account and if possible retrieve the client Id and generate a new client secret and email it to you (or the requester for that API Client).
