Getting ship station to work from Lightspeed Ecomm.

Anyone working with Shipstation and actually have it working? I am having a problem getting Lightspeed to pull up the shipping label from the customers order. Error is " Lightspeed can not retrieve label in Shipstation. Support fro Lightspeed and Shipstation point the finger at each other and just waste your time. Been working on this for days. Both sides also say I have the correct settings.

    We use ShipStation but it took quite a bit of going back and forth with Lightspeed support and ShipStation support. We do not print labels from LS. We use ShipStation to print our labels.

    It appears that you were contacted by our escalations regarding this issue in ticket 1060345 but the ticket was closed due to inactivity.

    You can create a follow-up if you would like us to re-open the ticket and look further into this.

    In the meantime, a label was successfully printed for an order.
