Multi Store Loyalty

Hi! Does anyone here have Lightspeed Retail POS for two store locations, and Lightspeed Loyalty? I have been told by my account manager that I will need to pay another monthly fee for loyalty at my second location. I am left wondering if my loyalty will be one or two databases. I really need a solution that had one database... as my two store locations are only 4 miles apart my customers will likely visit both stores.


Does anyone have any experience with this?

    Hey @amylemo

    The Database and the Loyalty account will all be in the same system, as long as it is associated with the same RAD account. So if you have two separate account IDs in Retail, it is two separate Loyalty accounts. But with one RAD account it will all be in one system. This means that customers will be in the same system and share points between the two locations.
