Receipt ID's aren't sequential as sometimes an ID seems missing.

Hi,

If you have questions about why the receipt ID's aren't sequential even if you have a Liteserver and you didn't delete anything from the manager the reasons can be found here for our software skipping a receipt ID.


- When you open a table and just finalise it without having items on the order.

- When you open a table, enter items and then go back to floor without printing or finalising (This is related to your device setting "never save receipt items")

- When you open a table and don't do anything so you go back to floor.


Why is this happening?

Once you open a table the receipt ID is generated, if it's not being used (no data on the receipt) the number will be skipped to prevent having a bunch of zero action receipts in the manager which is blocking you from seeing the data that matters.
