Missing custom fields for specific user (using load_relations=all)

I've integrated the API call to retrieve items from an account using the endpoint:
https://api.lightspeedapp.com/API/Account/{ACCOUNT_ID}/Item.json?load_relations=all
(stripped the limit/offset parameters). This works well for all accounts we have linked, except one. The customer has custom fields in their Lightspeed environment, but the API doesn't return them.

For other customers, sometimes custom fields are missing as well. All products have the custom fields set, but only a few products have these values in the API-response.
Hey @thomasArture could you private message me your account_id and the customerIDs in question so I can look into this?
