Customer Name in Day Reports

The day reports contain a lot of information but for some reason, the customer name associated with a ticket is not included. We have been denied use of the loyalty app (apparently since we are not in the US or Canada) and there is absolutely no way I can find of extracting customer spending data without going into every customer record, exporting their history as a PDF then extracting the data from the PDF (the CSV, which would be easier to extract data from albeit still an arduous, one by one customer process, only includes credit transactions). Then on to the next customer and so on and so forth for the rest of the day.

Is there some way of extracting customer spending data ? If not, when can it be added into the day report?
