API connection does not always return orders

With MijnPakketVerzenden we have had a running api with Lightspeed for years. Since yesterday, however, we have been experiencing problems and orders occasionally come through, causing clients to miss orders in our system to be able to print out the shipping labels.

The tricky part is that the connection doesn't work at all anymore. When calling whether there are any orders, regardless of the status, the result from Lightspeed is that there are no orders. This while, according to the clients, there are orders. Only then do we check whether any of the orders are there or need to be shot into our system.

The result of the list of orders is therefore sometimes empty.

Very strange, but does anyone have an idea?
