remoteIp in Quote endpoint

I'm trying to get a quote (the Cart content actually) from a certain user but I've noticed that in all quotes I retrieve with the API, the remoteIp is always the same and it looks like it's the webshop ip address and not the visitor/customer.

For example:

this is the IP from the location I added an item in the cart:

But then this is the quote (only the first part)

1] => Array
            [id] => 639518241
            [createdAt] => 2020-04-29T13:40:27+02:00
            [updatedAt] => 2020-04-29T13:40:28+02:00
            [recalculatedAt] => 2020-04-29T13:40:28+02:00
            [isLocked] =>
            [channel] => main
            [recoveryHash] => 0e8a2b550f374b7b2197aaa639518241
            [remoteIp] =>
            [userAgent] => Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:75.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/75.0
            [referralId] =>
            [weight] => 0
            [volume] => 0
            [colli] => 0

Is there another way to identify the quote for a visitor?

The datetime is unreliable, because two or more visitors can add items to their cart at almost the same time.
