No tracking numbers sent to customers...
I seem to be having an issue with notification emails being sent to my customers with their tracking information, the issue being that no e-mail is being sent.
I have everything synced up to ShipStation and the tracking numbers are importing into Lightspeed and listing with their corresponding orders however no e-mail is being sent to notify customers when the shipping occurs or providing the number to them. I have a tracking notification e-mail set up in my templates so I'm unsure what the step I'm missing is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
