Could I get a confirmation from a Lightspeed representative that the rate limits cannot be adjusted? My client is having problems with 429s on his site integrated with Woocommerce. He also has API integrations with two other providers.
While I am just IT for a Lightspeed consumer client, I can tell you that during initial go-live data conversion we were able to get the API limits temporarily raised back in 2018. And I think I've read in these forums where clients can sometimes pay additional subscription costs to get bumped up. The default API limits are very stingy. Especially compared to other similar solutions such as Shopify.
