Webhooks orders/paid doesnt get trough

Dear Lightspeed,

Recently i created a support ticket to lightspeed ecom and they said that they dont have knowledge about my question. They recommend it to post my question here:

The webshook what i got active at the moment is the orders/paid webhook, but i think we arent receiving the webhooks properly. Yesterday an order was payed (The time was 6 JULI 2020 OM 09:09) here i didn't receive a webhook for, the last webhook i received was also 6 JULI 2020 OM 09:09:11 but the status of the order was processing_awaiting_payment.

Can you guys check if you guys send the webhook correctly?
