hello, I was told by phone support to email [email protected] - when I did i got an autoresponder saying the ticket was closed and now we had to use this community to troubleshoot.
Is there a location here to email regarding a ticket #?

I would suggest contacting a LS Retail account manager, who can perhaps intercede on your behalf. I know that over the years things changed --- first there was phone support, then that dropped down to e-mail ticketing support, and now apparently most issues are left with the option of posting support questions on here...
