We have a retail store AND and WooCommerce-driven website. We are trying to connect our eCommerce site to the retail store for inventory tracking purposes.

After entering our CLIENT ID and API code and then connect the website to we get this error message;

{"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"The client id supplied is invalid"}

Please assist.

    Since the WooCommerce plugin is not an official Lightspeed product, you need to contact the support of the plugin. They are ready to assist you by setting up this plugin.
