My purchased apps URL is not working.

Good afternoon,

I am from Webshopimporter and we have a number of apps in Lightspeed App store.

We have noticed a login problem that our customers encounter.

In our partner dashboard we have to enter the app login URL in our partner dashboard.


We use the link: "http://lightspeed.webshopimporter.com/auth/front/accounts/registerSeoshop/31?status=login".


This link works perfectly if you go through 1 “App Store” and then 2 “Go to app”. The customers then enters our dashboard. Now we have a problem, if you go to “Purchased apps” and then click Go to App.

We also see a difference in the generated links in Lightspeed:

Via “App Store”:

Via "Purchased apps" which does not work:

What should be the correct URL for them to work on both? Does this affect multiple partners? It seems that the shop id is not passed through purchased apps. For now, all our customers can log in with the app via the APP store or via our own website.

Do multiple developers experience this? Response from Lightspeed would also be nice.
