Hi @Oksana I see that the email address you provided is linked to a Retail account without eCom enabled. Are you trying to access the Retail API or the eCom API? For the eCom API, you need to contact eCom support and they will issue the API keys. You will need to create an eCom account first. For Retail, you will need to use OAuth2 authentication, not just a key and secret. More information on this can be found here: https://developers.lightspeedhq.com/retail/authentication/authentication-overview/

And I've written several requests to the eCom support portal, but I didn't get an answer.
