Printer is Cutting Receipts on Barcodes?

My receipt printer is configured as shown here with the default receipt template:

My issue is everything is formatted and printing correctly but the printer is cutting the receipts on the barcodes at the bottom of the sales and customer receipts. So instead of getting a customer and store copy of the receipt I'm getting a store copy, the barcode for the store copy, the customer copy, and the barcode for the customer copy. I've tried messing with the printer cut settings in Firefox but I'm still having the same issue. Any ideas?

    Hey @sb3201 ,

    Make sure that your Print settings are set to 72x2000 (72xreceipt works on Windows) and not 72x200 if you're using the Star TSP100.
