Missing additional fields provided by LightSpeed

Dear support,

We have created a LightSpeed App called WICS WMS.

Upon installing the App, everything goes as expected.


When logging onto our store we try to open our App (go to App), located at the menu item Apps.

The app redirects us to our installation link, which is correct.

It does however misses the following parameters: cluster_id=&token=&language=&shop_id=&signature=&timestamp=


When we first started using this app, the above parameters were provided by LightSpeed, which resulted in opening our App for a specific shop. Since we now miss that information, our App is breaks

Can you please provide us with information that we might be missing?
