Loyalty not working in eComm

@Lightspeed , Our loyalty program is not communicating with my eCom store at checkout for point usage. It has been gathering information of purchases and adding points to the customers account, but doesn't let them use their points at check out for discounts that have been earned. The loyalty side is set up correctly and working correctly, but not communicating at checkout for usage.
