Syncing Lightspeed Retail with Wesbite

This error message comes up when i try to connect my Lightspeed retail to my website. Please let me know what to do or if you guys need to approve my account?

{"error":"invalid_client","error_description":"The client id supplied is invalid"}

Can you please fix this for me keep getting this error message when trying to connect the accounts.

    Can you provide me your clientID, so I can check if this it's approved?

    Can you also tell what call are you making?
