App for creation of an iPhone/Android app

Does anyone here have any viable way to turn the eCom into a working app for iPhone or Android? This seems like a no-brainer and something that several of Lightspeed's competitors have access to. If I am missing something (that isn't labeled a rip-off), please point me towards it.
