At what time of day does Lightspeed Accounting send the postings to Quickbooks Online?

At what time of day does Lightspeed Accounting send the postings to Quickbooks Online? The documentation says "in the morning" but when in the morning? And can you turn on the synchronization manually at a time of your choosing? It would really help to figure out if it was posting correctly.
