Salesforce to Lightspeed integration

We are trying to connect with lightpseed from salesforce but authentication status is showing as pending. can you please help us on that.

When can we expect a reply? its been 3 days we haven't seen any response. Can you please reply? My client's business is stuck because of this.

Okay, and do you have any standard documents where we can find integration procedure for external systems with Lightspeed? If so please share that with us.

For API integration, you guys must be having steps documents right ? which needs to follow while authnetication from any external system for accessing lightspeed APIs.
You are correct, we do have documentation for how to connect to our API, here: https://developers.lightspeedhq.com/retail/authentication/authentication-overview/
What we don't have are the flows and procedures to connect to external system. That will have to be defined by your development team.
