Since the 15th of october I regularly get errors while using the API. Both my hoster and developer have no idea where the issue comes from. Do you have any idea?

I get this error by mail.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

DNS resolution errors can mean 2 things, either the client is using a faulty DNS provider, or the endpoint is.

DNS resolution errors are the hardest to pinpoint as they have so many moving parts. Can you tell us what your provider(on the server) is, so we can do some analysis?

On the other hand if this were a global issue, every single API user would suffer, which to my knowledge is not the case.
