Lightspeed and StayNTouch integration

We are wanting to add an order to room service.

Following the guide..

It is asking for username, password and a pms_url. Is this username and password the same as what we log into Lightspeed with?

How do we find out the pms_url?

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Like you're mentioning in the discussion, StayNTouch is a PMS, they will provide you the PMS URL and username and password. So you'll need to contact them.

    They are saying that you provide this link. I am not sure who is right.

    Hi @hds,

    Before the end user can make use of the PMS integration the partner will need to send a PATCH request to the company endpoint with the PMS credentials. More information about this can be found on the company patch operation page.

    SNT uses the legacy auth so needs to be added to the account by support(Lightspeed) before the requests can be made.
