MailChimp integration (UK/Europe)

I am trying over and over (without ad blockers or cookie blockers), to integrate, but I ended up going in circles.

I start at

and click "Connections", and then select the "Connect Now" button under the "Lightspeed Retail POS" title.

Next, I click the "Authorise Application" button under where it says "If you click the 'Authorize Application' button below you will give the application Mailchimp Connector (70930) the rights listed below."

On the next Page I select Europe as my region, (I am in the UK).

Then all I see again is the page I started on with the same "Retail not connected" message, just like when I Started.

What is going on?

    Please consider calling in to support so we can best assist. This will require troubleshooting where a share-screen program is needed. Alternatively, you can wait to see if other customers have solutions on the community!
