Question: API only picks up employee data, no revenue or product data

Hi,

A mutual client is using our AAPI platform. Normally the API connection should pick up employee, product and revenue from his Lightspeed POS. We're only picking up employee data, no revenue or product data. Can you please advise on how we can fix this so?
