I'm new and just tried logging into the Loyalty Manager.
It asked for a subdomain?

This is provided to you after we've reached out to advise you it's been set up correctly. Normally, you'll receive an email once your account is provisioned and sent a webinar to walk you through the basic setup/functionalities provided by the app.
Please keep an eye out for this! If you feel it's been too long, please call-in to our billing team to verify if it has been provisioned or not.
