Missing X-RateLimit in header

ellisonosellisonos Member Posts: 3

According to https://developers.lightspeedhq.com/ecom/tutorials/webhooks/#headers there are three X-RateLimit headers that should be send when a webhook is called, but I can't seem to detect them in any webhooks.

Other headers (like X-Shop-Id and X-Cluster-Id) are present though.

Can anyone confirm that these RateLimit headers are currently still being sent?

    Hi @ellisonos,

The webhooks are automatically fired after a specific event is triggered. The webhooks don't have any rate-limits and therefore there are no rate-limits in the headers any more.

In this case you can ignore the following:

    • X-RateLimit-Limit - The current rate limits for this API-key (5min/1hr/1day)
    • X-RateLimit-Remaining - The number of calls left for the given time-interval (5min/1hr/1day)
    • X-RateLimit-Reset - The end of a given time interval (5min/1hr/1day)

    Thanks @Ali_Masoumie

Confirmed receiving the rate-limits headers on custom calls.
