Omni channel gift cards

Hello, we've been using LS for years and when they sold it to us, they told us an omnichannel gift card system was not yet present but would come in the near future. 3 years later there's not even the slightest hint as to whether this feature will ever be implemented. A basic functionality like this is something that NEEDS to be implemented. I contacted multiple of our colleagues that have switched to LS over the years, a few of them, including us are considering to drop LS because the lack of basic functionality like this. This shows just how "omni channel" a platform like Lightspeed is.

Get it done please, it's 2021 ...

    Upvote! Lost $4000 sales this Xmas specifically because we couldn't sell omni gift cards.

    This is one of our most requested features. As of now, it is not available but I can confirm that it's part of the road map.

    There is no ETA but feel free to monitor the "What's new?" section on the eCom back office for the latest updates.

    We also have lost sales due to gift cards not being available on our website.

    We too have asked for this in the past.

    Lightspeed team, PLEASE get this done! AND, PLEASE get us an app for gift registry!
