Maybe Some Products/Categories "In Store Pickup Only"

Is there a way to make some categories "In Store Pickup" and "Local Delivery Only" and to not allow it to be shipped to other markets?

    We would also really like this . I was trying to find a workaround for this but did not have any luck.

    Hi,

    This can be accomplished at a product level (not categories) by assigning the non-shippable items a product weight that is higher than that of your maximum shippable weight, yet lower than your Local Pickup only's maximum weight tier.

    Example:

    If your shipping method's maximum shipping weight is 100lbs, set the product's weight to 101lbs+.

    Going forward, that product will not get shipping options and as long as your store pickup's weight range is between 0lbs (min) - 100lbs+ (max), this product will only get the store pickup options.

    If you're using a shipping integration such as EasyPost or Shipstation, set your product's weight to 200lbs to override those shipping options.

    This is not a suitable option.

    Example:

    We offer in-hospital room delivery, curbside pick-up, flat rate shipping, and at this time of year a toy drive for kids in hospital over the holidays.

    Right now, we have toy drive set correctly so it doesn't ship and the correct messaging shows when customer purchases this.

    If we want to have candy in our eCom and have it not ship, we would need to also set that at a no ship weight, with its own messaging.

    However, Lightspeed is experiencing a back end error that is preventing this.

    It would be fantastic to be able to click and assign shipping options in the product set-up, so that each item can be assigned multiple or "no ship" options with the suitable messaging to accompany the option if limited.
