Till Count Settings

Looking for some feedback on till counts.

The end of day counts show how much cash should be in the till. We have had issues with workorders/payment types being manipulated to show different number in order to have someone skim some cash out of the till.

Is there a way of setting it up that only the float is counted out and the total cash taken in is not displayed?

    I'm sorry to hear about this! For the time being, this is displayed so that the total counted can be confirmed to what was accepted in the till at the time.


    I will, however, add this into our feature enhancement list so that we can hopefully implement it!

    This feels like an issue that could be solved with permissions. Seems that payment lines and closed workorders should not be able to be edited by anyone but owners and managers.
